This is a hands-on, on-site role that sits at the heart of our cross-border supply chain. You will manage the full lifecycle of goods flowing from our manufacturing partners in China into Canada, and onward to customers in the United States — while ensuring full regulatory compliance, maximizing duty recovery, maintaining accurate inventory records, and producing invoices using Inflow Inventory software. • Hands-on experience filing or supporting duty drawback claims with CBSA. Proficiency with Inflow Inventory or a comparable inventory management system.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills — you will be managing large volumes of documentation with regulatory consequence. •
  • Ability to work on-site at our Burlington, Ontario warehouse, Monday through Friday. • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. • Be in possession of Transportation of Dangerous Goods TDG Certification.
