Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide tactical support for all retail marketing needs for Client’s Outfitters inclusive of but not limited to:
  • Partner with internal product and operations teams, and BPS marketing team on the integration of Client’s merchandise into BPS marketing initiative including print, email, grand openings and other promotions and activations.
  • Own the development of creative assets for monthly and seasonal creative updates of in-shop signing and digital displays with freelance creative resource(s)
  • Partner with VM teams to meet all production timelines
  • Partner with house and license brand teams to secure unique assets most relevant to the outdoor Client’s customers; fishing, hunting, hiking/ camping, etc.
  • Facilitate marketing approvals with Client’s product marketing, visual, field, operations and global brand and marketing teams
  • Participate in several weekly meetings to communicate project deliverable status and calendar adjustments
  • Manage the content calendar and communicate to internal partners for planning, alignment and store communications
  • Submit invoices for freelance creative and track payment status
  • Provide weekly status reports to Marketing Director

Technical Skills:
  • Microsoft software, PPT and Excel
  • 1-2 years retail marketing experience; in-house or agency
  • Calendar management; Budget maintenance
  • Terms 20 hours per week with potential of additional hours during key periods
