Job Overview:
We are looking for skilled CNC Programmers to join our aerospace programming team in Kent, WA. You'll work in a fast-paced, development-driven environment, creating high-precision programs for one-off aerospace parts and fixtures using Mastercam and Unigraphics NX. This role is ideal for experienced programmers who thrive in a collaborative shop floor setting with minimal rework.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create CNC programs for aerospace components and fixtures using Mastercam (primary) and Unigraphics NX.

  • Use VeriCut for program verification to ensure first-time quality.

  • Design tool lists and assist in fixture design in partnership with machine shop engineers.

  • Program complex, one-off development jobs for multi-axis machines (5-axis and mill-turn preferred).

  • Ensure programs align with engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.

  • Support machinists with program verification and minor troubleshooting (not responsible for full reprogramming).

  • Maintain clean, well-documented program files to support team sharing and future edits.

  • Deliver precise results within aerospace tolerances (±0.005” or better).


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of CNC programming experience preferred. Candidates with recent hands-on machining experience will also be considered.

  • Aerospace industry experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong skills in Mastercam required; experience with Unigraphics NX and VeriCut highly valued.

  • Proficiency with multi-axis programming (5-axis or mill-turn preferred; 3–4 axis acceptable with willingness to learn).

  • Familiarity with GD&T fundamentals (advanced knowledge a plus).

  • Experience working with aerospace materials, including super alloys.
