Job Summary
As a Solution Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient integration of new customers into products and services. You will lead onboarding programs, build strong customer relationships, and provide ongoing support to ensure a successful customer transition.
After onboarding, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, fostering customer retention and satisfaction. Your role requires excellent communication skills, project management expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding
- Work autonomously under the guidance of the Onboarding Manager to meet monthly activation goals.
- Deliver high-quality onboarding experiences based on customer needs and requirements.
- Conduct onsite and remote onboarding sessions to assess networking needs and implement the POS system.
- Create and lead customized onboarding plans for restaurant owners, ensuring a smooth Go-Live phase.
- Train restaurant owners and staff to effectively use the POS system, establishing best practices for daily operations.
Project Management
- Design and implement onboarding processes while keeping customers informed about progress and next steps.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
- Manage project timelines, track progress, and report outcomes.
- Gather feedback to continuously improve products and processes.
Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during and after onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Service, and Sales teams to implement improvements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in customer onboarding.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction or business operations roles (e.g., Restaurant GM).
- 1+ years of experience using POS software in the service industry.
- Proven experience in customer onboarding, training, or customer success.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing tasks, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Background in Product Manager or Project Manager roles.
- Any network certification (e.g., CCNA, CCNP).
