Top 3 Responsibilities
Setup, launch, and ensure the accuracy and timeline of incrementality and holdout tests across digital marketing channels.
Maintain alignment with core measurement standards and ensure data hygiene.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Marketing Channel Excellence, Strategy, Applied Science) and external ad platform reps.
Mandatory Requirements
Background or experience as a Performance Measurement Operations Specialist (or similar digital marketing operations role).
Strong understanding of ad operations and digital channel measurement discipline.
Knowledge of incrementality, holdout testing, and marketing measurement principles.
Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills (data validation, formulas, structured mapping)
Desired Skills
Hands-on experience working directly with Applied Science or Data Science teams.
Direct vendor management experience working alongside external ad platform representatives.
Multi-channel digital strategy experience beyond standard ad execution.
