Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
  •  Strategy Development: Define and execute social media strategies to align with the
  • company’s marketing goals and target audiences.
  •  Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., text,
  • images, videos) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community
  • members to take action.
  •  Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries
  • from followers and customers promptly and professionally.
  •  Analytics and Reporting: Analyze social media performance metrics, including CTR, CPC,
  • CPA, and ROAS, to optimize strategies and report on key performance indicators.
  •  Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends,
  • and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
  •  Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure
  • brand consistency and the effective execution of campaigns.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Approximately 3 years of experience in social media management and content
creation, with a proven track record of creating engaging, high-performing content across
various platforms.

Education: Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field is
preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability
to write, proofread, and edit copy.

Analytical Skills: Experience in data collection, analysis, and visualization, with a focus on
gathering insights from social media performance metrics.
