Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven District Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience from reputable organizations such as Galva, Datascrip, Microvision, TDI, ASABA, Samafitro, Zyrex, Rakindo, Innograph, HIT International, Supertone, Panca Jaya Setia, Viewsonic, BenQ, TEC Solution, Software Farmer, Tera Data, and Innovasi Sarana. The role requires a proven track record in sales strategy development, team leadership, and the ability to achieve business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets within the assigned district.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
Territory Management:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Client Relations and Business Development:
- Actively seek new business opportunities and expand the client base within the district.
- Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs.
Team Development:
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans when necessary.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
- Monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across all district operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to align strategies.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Extensive sales experience with demonstrated success in leadership roles, particularly within the technology, software, hardware, or solutions industries.
- Proven expertise working with notable companies such as Galva, Datascrip, Microvision, TDI, ASABA, Samafitro, Zyrex, Rakindo, and similar organizations.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales, distribution channels, and account management.
- Ability to analyze complex data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Familiarity with software, hardware, or other technology-related products and services is a plus.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
