Compensation: The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more. Additionally, IntelliPro provides a comprehensive benefits package, all subject to eligibility.

Job Summary:
Review, process, and manage damage claims related to delivery services. Ensure proper documentation, accurate billing, and respond to routine inquiries. Support resolution of billing disputes.
Key Duties:
- Track and update claims in database
- Review and file supporting documents
- Handle billing and send claims for processing
- Respond to emails and voicemails
- Coordinate with other teams and insurers
- Help with reports and standard letters
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of utility damage claims and regulations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
