We’re a staffing partner hiring on behalf of a leading global technology and logistics company expanding its U.S. presence. Our client is seeking an experienced Procurement Director or Manager to lead procurement strategy and operations across the Americas, particularly in support of its logistics and warehousing infrastructure.

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity based in Fontana, CA, offering strong career growth, cross-border collaboration, and the chance to make a strategic impact on global procurement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement operations for the Americas region, including categories such as warehouse equipment, consumables, services, and administrative supplies.

  • Optimize the end-to-end procurement process—from supplier sourcing and vendor management to purchasing execution and post-contract performance tracking.

  • Drive cost control initiatives using procurement planning, supplier benchmarking, and historical cost data to ensure competitive, cost-effective sourcing.

  • Build and maintain a robust, sustainable supplier ecosystem, fostering long-term vendor relationships and strategic partnerships.

  • Conduct data-driven procurement analysis, and proactively identify opportunities for process innovation, risk reduction, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Bilingual fluency in Chinese and English is required for internal communication and coordination across global teams.

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably with exposure to logistics or supply chain operations in the Americas.

  • Deep knowledge of local market procurement practices and vendor ecosystems in North or South America.

  • Strong data analysis, project management, and problem-solving skills.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and execution.
