You will manage, motivate, and train the field service team while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, directing, and coordinating after-sales service support processes and daily operations.
- Establishing efficient service systems to enhance ROI, efficiency, and process optimization.
- Creating and managing annual service goals and budgets.
- Overseeing service personnel to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and timely handling of warranty claims and inquiries.
- Recruiting, supervising, and developing the service team, assigning jobs based on skills and expertise.
- Coordinating dealership training programs and service-related customer visits.
- Maintaining accurate service records, producing detailed reports, and reviewing manuals for continuous improvement.
- Executing service promotion plans as directed and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Proven experience in service management, preferably within the construction machinery or related industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
- Expertise in service process optimization, customer relations, and warranty management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and service software is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
