International Market Operations Specialist (GTM / Growth)

About the Role
We’re looking for a growth-driven international marketing leader to expand our AI/Agent platform across North America and global markets. This role sits at the intersection of GTM strategy, user growth, and developer ecosystem building.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute overseas market growth strategy (NA/EU focus)
- Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention (AARRR)
- Lead content, social, and community growth (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Build and manage KOL, developer, and partner ecosystems
- Launch integrated marketing campaigns (online + offline)
- Analyze funnel performance and optimize growth using data
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in growth marketing / GTM / market operations
- Experience with SaaS, cloud, AI, or developer platforms
- Proven track record of scaling users or entering new markets
- Strong experience in content, community, and partnerships
- Data-driven mindset (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
- Fluent in English (global collaboration experience required)
Nice to Have
- Experience in AI, Agents, or automation platforms
- Background in startups or high-growth tech companies
- Existing network in developer or tech communities
