Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations and lead the warehouse team. This role is responsible for ensuring that inbound, putaway, picking, packing, outbound, and returns processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with safety standards, while driving KPI achievement, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations Management: Supervise receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping operations to ensure order accuracy and on-time shipment.
  • Team Management: Directly manage 10~30 frontline warehouse employees, depending on the scale of operations, and be responsible for scheduling, training, performance feedback, and disciplinary management.
  • Inventory and Quality Control: Organize cycle counts, analyze the causes of discrepancies, and drive corrective actions to reduce inventory loss and error rates.
  • Safety and Compliance: Implement OSHA and company safety standards, equipment operating procedures, and 5S/6S management.
  • Process Optimization: Use data to identify bottlenecks and drive SOP optimization, efficiency improvement, and cost control.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide daily and weekly operations reports and coordinate communication and issue resolution with transportation, customer service, and customers.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of on-site management experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center; experience in fulfillment, e-commerce, or 3PL is preferred.
  • Familiarity with WMS, warehouse KPIs—including accuracy rate, successful delivery rate, UPPH, and OTD—and inventory management.
  • Strong execution, data analysis, and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to work shifts and overtime during peak periods; forklift certification is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
