Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in San Jose, CA. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of agency recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. The right candidate will be passionate about identifying top talent, building strong relationships, and driving recruitment success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and present top-tier candidates for a variety of client needs across industries.
   
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align talent strategies accordingly.
   
• Manage the full recruitment cycle—from job intake to offer acceptance—with a focus on quality and speed.
   
• Develop strong candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, social media, and ATS systems.
   
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of candidate interactions in recruitment platforms.
   
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
   

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of agency recruiting experience (required).
   
• Proven track record of successful placements and strong client relationships.
   
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
   
• Ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines.
   
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
   
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
