- Research potential players, golf academies, coaches, clubs, schools, and other relevant golf organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with players, parents, coaches, and golf communities.

- Assist in developing long-term partnerships with companies, golf clubs, academies, coaches, and other organizations.
Research, Outreach & Reporting
- Conduct online research to identify potential players, sponsors, partners, and relevant industry contacts; develop and maintain organized contact lists.
- Draft professional outreach emails and follow-up communications; make outbound calls and schedule meetings.
- Create and update Excel spreadsheets for player recruitment, sponsorship outreach, and business development activities; track contacts, responses, meetings, registrations, and partnership opportunities.
- Prepare regular progress updates and reports for management.
Qualifications
- Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable reaching out to new people through email, phone calls, and in-person visits, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to conduct independent online research to find the right contacts.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including maintaining lists, tracking activities, and preparing simple reports.
- Organized, responsible, self-motivated, and able to follow up consistently on multiple contacts.
- Able to work full-time on-site at the Aurora office; willing to travel locally for meetings, visits, and golf events.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with golf, golf tournaments, golf clubs, golf academies, or sports events — especially experience organizing golf events.
- Experience in sales, business development, recruiting, customer service, event operations, sponsorship, or community outreach.
- Existing connections within the golf community are a strong asset.
- Mandarin Chinese communication skills are a plus — preferred for one of the two openings, but not a requirement.
