IT Manager - SAGE management (BAY AREA, CA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, workstations, and office equipment;

• Provide day-to-day support for the Sage ERP system, including user access, issue resolution, and general system maintenance;

• Handle IT onboarding and offboarding processes including device setup, account creation/termination (email, VPN, ERP, etc.);

• Administer and maintain company network infrastructure, including troubleshooting, firewall and router configuration, and ensuring secure access;

• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets and manage the procurement, tracking, and retirement of devices and licenses;

• Resolve day-to-day technical issues related to accounts, software, and hardware for employees;

• Work with external IT vendors and consultants to support upgrades and rollouts;

• Establish and maintain IT policies, documentation, and standard operating procedures to support scalable, secure growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;

• 3+ years of experience managing internal IT operations in a corporate setting, preferably in the manufacturing, hardware, or data communication sectors;

• Hands-on experience with Sage ERP is highly preferred;

• Strong knowledge of network protocols, VPN, firewalls, routers, and switches;

• Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace environments;

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills;

• Detail-oriented and highly responsible, with a customer-focused mindset.
