Job Title: Sales Operations Programs Coordinator
Location: Peachtree Corners, GA 30092
Work Hours: 30 hours a week (Monday – Thursday)
Pay rate: $31.50/hr. on W2


Primary Function of Position:
The Sales Operations Programs Coordinator (Contingent) will support the coordination, facilitation, logistics and fulfilment of various internal assets supporting Commercial activities, specifically for our system and product demo programs. The role requires the ability to efficiently organize; problem solve and process requests while working effectively and in close cooperation with diverse internal/external stakeholders to ensure appropriate internal assets are supporting sales/marketing events.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Interact with Commercial organization on various program timelines and deliverables- surveys, tracking details, scheduling and coordinating movements of assets that are managed by the department
  • Balances competing priorities of sales, marketing, and third-party vendors, serving as a communication liaison and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Responsible in the shipping/receiving and intake processing of internal assets supporting Commercial initiatives on behalf of Intuitive’s Sales Operations Programs team
  • Troubleshoot and test equipment to ensure functionality prior to supporting Commercial events
  • Organize and manage warehouse and program inventory (systems, instrumentation, accessories)
  • Operate and maintain material handling equipment (i.e. label machine, pallet jack)
  • Assist with Sales Operations Programs annual maintenance/system upgrades
Skill / Job Requirements:
  • Effective time management, detail-oriented
  • Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Must be able to lift 80lbs
  • Minimal travel may be required
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Prior logistics experience a plus
  • Driver’s license required
  • Bachelor’s degree
