Job Description:

As a Commercial Real Estate Leasing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion and operational success. Your primary responsibility will be to manage our commercial property portfolio, ensuring effective leasing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and investors. Your expertise will drive the success of our retail locations, aligning real estate decisions with our overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
  • Lead negotiations for new leases, lease renewals, and rent reviews, ensuring favorable terms for the company
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential leasing opportunities and risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless integration of leasing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee lease administration, ensuring compliance with lease terms and management of lease expirations and renewals.
  • Provide regular reports on leasing activity, market trends, and portfolio performance.
  • Mentor and lead a team of leasing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and portfolio management.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and lease structuring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong leadership skills.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 15% for property visits and meetings.
