Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer to provide exceptional technical support for our AI in-memory computing products, Instinct Software, and SDKs. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and customer interaction, as you will assist in software integration, optimize application performance, and collaborate with product development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for AI in-memory computing products, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Assist customers in integrating our software and SDKs, ensuring seamless performance and functionality.
- Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, delivering effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and FAQs.
- Act as a liaison between customers and product teams, conveying feedback and feature requests.
- Stay updated on product enhancements, industry trends, and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions to help customers maximize product value.
- Support pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, and discussions.
- Foster long-term customer relationships by providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Offer performance optimization advice for customer applications.
- Report software bugs to the development team for timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Software Engineering and Product Management, to align product development with customer needs.
Requirements:
- MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with 5+ years of experience or PhD in a related field.
- Strong software design and development experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages, software development frameworks, and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify software issues and optimize code.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, working independently and in a team.
- Strong technical leadership capabilities.
- Sales and marketing experience is a plus.
Preferred Experience (Strong Plus):
- Hands-on production experience with memory blocks (e.g., sense amplifier, charge pump, read/write assist circuits, PVT tracker, power gating).
- Familiarity with memory controllers or memory interfaces.
- Experience with emerging non-volatile memory technologies.
