Sales Assistant

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the local sales team to manage sales orders, support client relationships, and help drive regional growth. Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets by handling administrative tasks and supporting deal closures.
- Order Management: Track and follow up on sales orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Documentation & Applications: Prepare applications, contracts, and documentation to support the sales process.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to optimizing sales processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- General Support: Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Sales & Service Experience: Familiarity with sales principles and customer service practices.
- Startup Experience: Prior experience in a startup environment is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Personality: Friendly, confident, and engaging with a customer-first attitude.
- Administrative Skills: Basic organizational and administrative abilities.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in software, restaurant equipment sales, or credit card processing is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field is a bonus.
