Role Summary:
As a Senior Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our U.S. business. This role requires a strong accounting background and leadership skills to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective collaboration with various teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Closing Tasks:
    Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual closing tasks accurately and on time, ensuring all reports and materials are submitted as required by the company.
  • Contract and Expense Review:
    Review and check business contracts and expense reimbursements, identifying risks related to the consistency of financial data sources and actual accounts. Provide prompt feedback on business and financial risks to relevant departments and headquarters.
  • Collaboration with Teams:
    Communicate and collaborate closely with the accounting, finance, and reporting teams at headquarters, reporting relevant accounting matters of the U.S. company in a timely manner.
  • Daily Financial Support:
    Actively provide daily financial support to the U.S. business team, addressing inquiries and assisting with financial analysis as needed.
  • Budget Preparation:
    Prepare and submit the annual budget, operational forecasts, and rolling forecasts on time as required by the Group Company.
  • Audit Coordination:
    Coordinate with external auditors to complete the annual financial statement audits for the U.S. company, assisting the company's auditors in completing audit work related to U.S. business.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, economics, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of financial experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a local accounting leadership position in the U.S. Experience in chain restaurants, chain supermarkets, or other chain consumer companies is preferred.
  • Strong accounting background and familiarity with U.S. GAAP; CPA qualifications such as AICPA/ACCA are preferred.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language and fluency in Mandarin for international client communication.
  • Proficiency in financial software and various office applications; familiarity with Oracle systems is a plus.
  • Good communication skills, strong team player, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
