About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to lead our AI projects, oversee A/B testing initiatives, and drive automation of backend systems. You will be responsible for developing and executing the AI product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement A/B testing strategies, and leveraging technology to streamline and automate backend processes. As an early member of our Product team in the Philippines, this offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our products and services through the strategic application of artificial intelligence and data-driven decision-making.

You understand how product teams work, are comfortable with a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for managing concurrent projects. Most of all, you love solving hard technical and product challenges that make a difference.

You will: 

● AI Project Management: 

○ Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven projects related to Customer Support.

○ Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

○ Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive innovation in AI technologies.

● A/B Testing Strategy: 

○ Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize product features, user experiences, and conversion funnels.

○ Design experiments, define test hypotheses, and analyze test results to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

○ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to identify opportunities for experimentation and optimization.

● Backend Systems Automation: 

○ Identify opportunities to automate backend processes, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

○ Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement automation solutions using scripting languages, APIs, and cloud-based technologies.

○ Continuously monitor and optimize automated systems to ensure performance, security, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.

● Stakeholder Collaboration: 

○ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, data science, marketing, and operations, to align AI initiatives with business goals and priorities.

○ Communicate project status, priorities, and dependencies to stakeholders, and solicit feedback and input to inform decision-making and planning.

○ Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the organization, promoting the adoption of AI technologies and best practices.

You have: 

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

● 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on working on APIs

● Strong technical background with experience in software engineering and a deep understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and data security

● Experience with Agile development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

● A strong sense of ownership with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product

● Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

● Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to product development

● Highly proficient user of spreadsheet and data analysis software (e.g. Confluence, Slack, Jira, Looker)
