- Identify and secure new business opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
- Assess potential customers' needs, qualify leads, and determine product-market fit (PMF).
- Track and manage prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies, materials, and storytelling techniques.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Provide insights from customer interactions to optimize product offerings and messaging.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top-tier university.
- Minimum of 2 years in business development, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI industries.
- Experience in growing business from 0 to 1 is highly preferred.
- Fluent in Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills for product demos and customer engagement. Language proficiency may provide opportunities for collaboration in international markets.
