Basic Information
- Location: No fixed location; around the LA area (90067)
- Schedule: Varies based on the executive's needs and commitments. Flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends is required.
- Pay: $6,000-10,000 USD/month; overtime will be paid in accordance with California law.
Executive Transportation
- Safely transport the executive to meetings, appointments, events, airports, and other destinations.
- Plan efficient travel routes based on traffic and scheduling needs.
- Remain flexible and available for schedule changes throughout the day.
- Ensure punctual arrivals and departures.
- Maintain company vehicles in clean, well-presented, and excellent operating condition.
- Monitor fuel levels and ensure vehicles are fueled as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, inspections, repairs, detailing, and car washes.
- Perform regular vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain maintenance records and coordinate with service providers when necessary.
- Coordinate appointments, reservations, and travel arrangements.
- Handle errands, purchases, deliveries, and other assignments as directed.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Perform other duties and special projects assigned by the executive.
- Bachelor's degree REQUIRED.
- Valid California Driver License with an excellent driving record.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High level of discretion, judgment, and confidentiality.
- Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and mobile applications.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
