Job Title: Client & Contract Management – Client Care Coordinator
Location: Miami, FL 33131
Shift: First - 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM - Monday to Friday
Type: 100% On-Site
Duration: Till May 18, 2026
Pay Range: $25/hr - $28.69/hr.
Role Overview
  • As a Client Care Coordinator, you will support client deliverables by collaborating with internal teams and managing marketing and administrative tasks within a commercial real estate environment.
Systems/Software proficiencies:
  • 2 years of InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite experience is preferred
  • Photoshop and illustrator experience would be preferred
Resource's typical working day:
  • Following up with brokers
  • Comfortable with numbers and putting together Offering Memorandums
  • Ordering signage for properties
  • Putting together tour books and OMs
  • Putting together email marketing campaigns
  • Will actively be using InDesign, photoshop and illustrator - Approximately 80% of the time
  • Previous commercial real estate experience would make for a top candidate
Years of Experience needed:
  • 3+ years of experience is required
Level of Education:
  • H.S Diploma
