Job Title: Product Operations Analyst

Position Type: Contract 

Location: Austin, TX; 3 Days on-site

Responsibilities:

  • Support long-term product growth through a combination of data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation.
  • Facilitate weekly reporting utilizing data to highlight trends in product adoption.
  • Execute analytics projects by closely collaborating with Data Analytics, Product Marketing, and Operations to track product goals.
  • Merge and analyze diverse datasets proficiently using advanced Excel functions to ensure data coherence and integrity for strategic decision-making processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in an analytical or product role.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across various technical and non-technical functions to achieve common product goals.
  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis geared towards extracting actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Experience conducting exploratory analysis with minimal direction to address ambiguous open-ended questions.
  • Experience with experimentation to design multivariate tests, synthesize test results, and develop frameworks for data-informed launch decisions.
  • Proficiency in data querying languages (e.g., SQL).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with and influencing multi-disciplinary product teams, including software engineers, designers, product managers, and data scientists.
  • Experience working in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Background in ad tech.
  • Previous experience working on a product team or in a product capacity
