Salary: $200,000 - 280,000 (USD, annual)
Reports To: Director of America Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Present, promote, and sell designated products to current and potential clients by conducting thorough needs analysis and offering tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships; resolve issues and complaints promptly to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives; analyze market potential and deliver regular sales and market intelligence reports.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, engineering, product, operations) to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
Identify new business opportunities, drive breakthroughs in key accounts, and represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Continuously refine sales strategies by staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and future technology developments in the automotive sector.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
10–20 years of relevant sales or project management experience, preferably in automotive, mechanical, or manufacturing industries.
Strong track record of managing large-scale projects (>$10M) and successfully breaking into major international accounts.
Deep understanding of global automotive industry investment and technology trends.
Demonstrated ability to build systematic marketing management processes and organizational capability.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
