Job Description:
We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, team coordination, quality control, and safety compliance. This role is responsible for ensuring warehouse processes run efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure all workflows are completed efficiently and according to plan.
  • Manage receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
  • Monitor inventory control procedures and ensure data accuracy in the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Identify and reduce inventory discrepancies through proper process control and follow-up.
  • Lead, train, and support warehouse team members to improve productivity, accuracy, and overall performance.
  • Develop work schedules and assign daily tasks based on operational priorities.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to help improve work quality and efficiency.
  • Recognize high-performing team members and support improvement plans for underperforming employees.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Inspect product quality to ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Implement and monitor warehouse safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure team members follow company procedures, safety rules, and operational standards.
  • Report and help resolve operational issues, including equipment malfunctions, inventory errors, and shipping delays.
  • Help reduce workplace accidents, operational errors, and process deviations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse operations experience.
  • Prior team lead, shift lead, or warehouse team management experience preferred.
  • Experience in receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, or warehouse process coordination preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory management and shipping software.
  • Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for data management and reporting.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to respond quickly to warehouse operational challenges.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
