Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):
Responsibilities:
- Continuously seek, identify and train new mentors through LinkedIn or other recruitment channels
- Prepare mentor reserves and BD planning based on company strategic goals and North American industry trends
- Cultivate cooperative relationships with existing mentors and continuously explore cooperation opportunities
- Identify new internal referral partners and cooperation opportunities, and regularly provide customers with new internal referral opportunities
- Maintain existing internal referral relationships and complete internal referral tasks
Requirements:
- Optimistic attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Good at handling interpersonal relationships, able to identify and handle sensitive issues
- Work experience: 1-3 years
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or other related fields
- Bonus point: Experience in headhunting or HR Recruiter
