Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, manage complaints, gather feedback, and enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via hotline, email, and live chat, providing accurate information and timely resolutions.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Investigate and follow up on customer concerns, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Escalate critical matters when necessary, keeping clients informed throughout the resolution process.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate urgent issues and improvement opportunities to senior management.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, such as personalized support and process optimizations.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering proactive solutions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or account management, preferably in payment services or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with payment processing, online marketplaces, and related regulations is a plus.
  • Strong focus on achieving business goals and delivering measurable customer service improvements.
  • Customer-first mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is a plus, facilitating communication with a diverse clientele.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and foster long-term customer relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and learn new tools and technologies.
  • Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
