Live Streaming Operations(Mandarin)
Location: Los Angeles, CA Job type: Hybrid(3days ), FTESalary range: $70K-85K

Responsibility:
- Collaborate with top influencers to develop and implement live streaming operational strategies, enhancing live broadcast effectiveness and sales performance.
- Analyze market trends and user behavior to provide influencers with suggestions on live streaming content and style.
- Monitor live stream traffic and user engagement, using data analysis tools to optimize live broadcast effectiveness.
- Manage inventory to ensure product diversity and sufficient stock, closely cooperating with the supply chain team.
- Coordinate the live streaming team, including but not limited to hosts, content creators, and technical support, to ensure a smooth broadcasting process.
- Work with the marketing department to develop and implement promotional plans, expanding the influence of live streams.
- Address potential challenges during live broadcasts, adjusting strategies in response to market changes promptly.
- Track advancements in live streaming technology and continuously innovate live broadcast formats to enhance user experience.
Requirements:
- Educational Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing, media, e-commerce, or related fields.
- Experience Requirements: At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, with a proven track record of building and operating successful top influencer live streaming rooms.
- Skills Requirements: Proficient in data analysis and market trend research, with strong project management and team leadership abilities.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and coordination skills, innovative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Other: Familiarity with live streaming industry laws and regulations, and a deep understanding of e-commerce live streaming.
- Language: professional proficiency in English and Chinese. ( business need )
