Job Description:

The Inventory Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all inventory-related activities within our warehouse. This role involves managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock records, and leading a team of inventory staff. This role will also work closely with other department such as outbound, inbound and returns. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in warehouse inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train inventory staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
  • Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory flow and timely order fulfillment.
  • Analyze inventory data and generate reports on stock levels, turnover rates, and other key metrics.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards within the warehouse.
  • Address and resolve inventory-related issues and discrepancies promptly.

  • Problem-Solving: Passion for identifying issues and implementing solutions.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
  • People Management: Experience in people management, including knowledge of disciplinary, grievance, and mentoring processes.
  • Bilingual: Proficiency in English/Chinese or English/Spanish
