Top 3 Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality technical content (documentation, tutorials, blog posts, and presentations) focused on MLOps workflows, MLOps tools, and the MA OSS platform to
educate and engage the global open-source ML community.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture a vibrant external developer and contributor community for the MA OSS project. This includes organizing workshops, hackathons, and educational programs to drive external adoption and community contributions.
- Operational Efficiency: Enhance the operational aspects of the developer advocacy program to align with client high-level business objectives
Feedback Loop Management: Engage with the developer community and internal teams to collect and analyze feedback. Use this data to prioritize feature requests and bug fixes.
Strategic Planning: Align developer advocacy initiatives with the priorities of the business and engineering teams.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to external MA OSS community users and contributors, focusing on MLOps workflows and platform adoption across the entire service development lifecycle.
Collaborates closely with all levels of the engineering staff to promote best practices, collect feedback, and adjust strategies to align with both technological advancements and business objectives.

● Look for people with active GitHub profiles who have contributed to ML/AI projects.
● Former Technical Founders: People who started their own tech companies often make great advocates because they know how to pitch, code, and build a community simultaneously.
● comfortable writing a technical tutorial as they are networking at a 7 PM mixer. They need to be the 'Face of Michelangelo' to the external world. If they aren't willing to work the 'split shift' to attend local evening events, they aren't the right fit.
