Job Title: Lead UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other team members in a squad with other stakeholders to improve existing features and bring new concepts to life.
• Translate complex user/business goals into simple, beautiful and user-friendly solutions.
• Teach UX best practices, and help define internal processes.
• Create customer flow-charts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes with InVision that represent final products or layouts.
• Create intuitive interfaces that optimize user interaction and experience.
• Help to develop style guide documentation along with a digital asset library to support our DSM (Design System Manager).
• Evangelize UX and Design thinking throughout the organization.
• Stay abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role(s)
• Strong portfolio of design projects, and/or case studies
• Proficient in design software (e.g. Sketch, Invision, Adobe Suite)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• Problem-solving aptitude
