Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering team, ensuring the development of high-quality, scalable, and secure systems.
- Stay on-call during major product launches to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues.
- Develop and maintain iOS applications with a full-stack focus, including front-end and backend integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with business goals.
- Implement best practices for coding, security, and cloud infrastructure management.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on iOS development.
- Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams.
- Expertise in full-stack development for iOS, including front-end and backend integration.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and scalable system architecture.
- Experience with Android development is a plus.
- Passionate about fintech and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
