The Risk Manager will also investigate significant risk events, generate reports, and conduct feature evaluations to optimize the risk management framework across various risk control scenarios.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis and evaluation to develop and refine risk management strategies.
- Build and maintain monitoring dashboards to identify abnormal fluctuations and issue timely risk warnings.
- Collaborate with anti-fraud and payment teams to formulate and assess risk management strategies.
- Investigate major risk events and produce detailed reports.
- Conduct feature evaluations and optimize the risk management framework based on diverse risk control scenarios.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, statistics, financial engineering, machine learning, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL, a solid understanding of data structures and data processing, and experience with at least one programming language such as Python, R, or C++.
- Strong logical thinking skills, with excellent execution and effective communication abilities.
- Experience in credit risk management and quantitative data analysis.
- Familiarity with developing and implementing scorecards.
- Experience with OJK audit processes and requirements.
