Shift and Pay:

• A shift: Monday thru Thursday - 5pm to 5am | Pay Rate: $46.20
• B shift: Thursday - Sunday - 5pm to 5am | Pay Rate: $48.30
• C shift: Monday thru Friday - 6am to 2:30pm with 25% Overtime | Pay Rate: $42
• D shift: Monday thru Friday - 6pm to 2:30am with 25% Overtime | Pay Rate: $46.20
• E shift: Friday thru Sunday - 6pm to 6am with 25% Overtime | Pay Rate: $48.30

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up new production areas, including tooling and equipment.
• Support the transition from development to production, including first article inspections.
• Conduct second-party verifications and hardware inspections against engineering models, drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve malfunctions through modification, repair, or maintenance.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, cranes, aerial lifts, transport vehicles, and other ground support tools.
• Utilize precision-calibrated tools such as torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, laser trackers, and optical measuring instruments.
• Identify and implement process improvements for safety and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, supporting 5S, FOD, and ESD standards.
• Work flexible hours, including off-shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.
• Collaborate with diverse teams across various disciplines.
• Foster a culture of trust, professionalism, and inclusion.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support company objectives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: fluid and tubing installation, instrumentation and electrical harness routing, or aerospace/launch vehicle assembly.
• Ability to interpret engineering models, technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Capability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks at heights.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry certification, trade school training, or a relevant degree.
• Experience leading hands-on technical projects.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Experience handling large aerospace components and assembling high-precision structures.
• Background in new product introduction and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Military experience.
