Job Description:
Leads the preparation of various technology services contracts, agreements, and addendums for review and approval. Ensures contracts adhere to established enterprise and program standards. Supports Project Managers and Delivery Leads throughout the contract development cycle. Acts as a subject matter expert in contract linkage across multiple parties, manages contract documentation, tracks contract lifecycle activities, and resolves compliance and performance issues.
Responsibilities:
Manage contracts related to technology implementation services.
Lead development of agreements for information technology projects.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Identify contractual risks and collaborate with internal teams to minimize exposure.
Review contract transactions and monitor performance milestones.
Support dispute resolution processes.
Maintain contract documentation, databases, and confidential records.
Facilitate audits, contract close-outs, and expirations.
Review project billing and charges per contract terms.
Maintain records of project scope, terms, invoicing, and billing.
Support process improvement and technology initiatives.
Analyze regulatory requirements including PUCN and FERC rules.
Respond to internal and external data requests.
Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience, OR 9+ years of related experience without a degree.
Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience with large multi-vendor technology contracts preferred.
Strong contract administration, financial analysis, and cost tracking skills.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to interpret contract language and regulatory requirements.
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with PCs and standard business software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
Ability to work independently and in team environments.
