Position Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Workstream Lead to lead supplier onboarding activities as part of the Source-to-Pay mergers and acquisition (M&A) integration program.
- This role will be responsible for both managing and executing supplier onboarding activities, ensuring suppliers are successfully transitioned into procurement ecosystem while minimizing disruption to business operations.
- The ideal candidate has experience with supplier enablement, procurement operations, and cross-functional program delivery and is comfortable driving both strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the supplier onboarding workstream from planning through execution.
- Develop onboarding strategies, plans, milestones, and readiness schedules.
- Execute supplier onboarding activities, including supplier outreach, issue resolution, and readiness assessments.
- Coordinate supplier communications and engagement activities.
- Manage supplier data collection, validation, and onboarding requirements.
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to establish onboarding processes.
- Monitor onboarding progress and resolve supplier-related issues.
- Track supplier readiness metrics and adoption milestones.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular status reporting to program leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of project/program management experience.
- Experience leading supplier onboarding, procurement transformation, or supplier enablement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of procurement and supplier management processes.
- Experience managing external supplier relationships.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay implementations.
- Experience with supplier management platforms and ERP systems.
- Experience in acquisition or integration programs.
- PMP certification or equivalent.
