HR / Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR / Operations Coordinator Generalist to support day-to-day human resources and operational functions. This is a junior-level role suitable for candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience who are interested in developing their career in HR and business operations within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, communicative, and capable of handling administrative, coordination, and documentation responsibilities while supporting multiple internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
HR Coordination
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and internal coordination
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
Support HR operations such as scheduling interviews, coordinating training sessions, and managing internal communications
Help ensure HR processes align with company policies and compliance requirements
Operations Support
Provide general administrative and operational support across teams
Coordinate internal meetings, calendars, and cross-functional logistics
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation
Support vendor coordination, internal requests, and process tracking as needed
Documentation & Process Support
Maintain organized documentation for HR and operational workflows
Assist in improving internal processes and tracking operational tasks
Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping for operational activities
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in HR coordination, operations, administration, or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to HR processes such as onboarding, employee documentation, or HRIS systems
Experience supporting cross-functional teams or internal stakeholders
Strong documentation and coordination skills in an operational setting
