We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR / Operations Coordinator Generalist to support day-to-day human resources and operational functions. This is a junior-level role suitable for candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience who are interested in developing their career in HR and business operations within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, communicative, and capable of handling administrative, coordination, and documentation responsibilities while supporting multiple internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

HR Coordination

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and internal coordination

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality

  • Support HR operations such as scheduling interviews, coordinating training sessions, and managing internal communications

  • Help ensure HR processes align with company policies and compliance requirements

Operations Support

  • Provide general administrative and operational support across teams

  • Coordinate internal meetings, calendars, and cross-functional logistics

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation

  • Support vendor coordination, internal requests, and process tracking as needed

Documentation & Process Support

  • Maintain organized documentation for HR and operational workflows

  • Assist in improving internal processes and tracking operational tasks

  • Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping for operational activities


Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR coordination, operations, administration, or a related field

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to HR processes such as onboarding, employee documentation, or HRIS systems

  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams or internal stakeholders

  • Strong documentation and coordination skills in an operational setting
