Location: Philadelphia, PA. Onsite once a week

Salary Range / Rate (Currency): $50,000-70,000/yr

Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):

Job description:

  • Manage employee compensation and benefits, onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth HR workflow
  • Assist in salary and benefits management to ensure fair and reasonable employee compensation and benefits
  • Develop and implement the company's human resources policy in the US to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining employee files to ensure the accuracy and compliance of information
  • Assist the company in other work in the US, including but not limited to HR, administration, finance, etc., and report to the Vice President of US BD.
  • Go to the office once a week to check in and receive emails from overseas

Job requirements:

  • Collaborating with Mandarin-speaking colleagues or partners, proficient Mandarin will be highly preferred
  • Have experience in employee compensation and benefits and office management; able to accurately and timely pay employees on time across the US.
  • Have experience in HR administrative work in US companies, familiar with US regulations and HR practices.
