1. The focus is strong hardware engineering experience within consumer products (electronics/hardware) like mobile, car, e-bike, TV, tablets etc. (5+ years).
2. The candidate should have a go-getter attitude, entrepreneur spirit, and can guide the team on the technical aspects of the product.
3. Leadership experience is not a must, the team is ready to cultivate it.
