Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Product Manager to lead the development of innovative Web 3.0 products in a collaborative, high-performance environment. This role focuses on building next-generation blockchain and AI/ML solutions that emphasize user autonomy, privacy, and decentralized engagement. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of technology, product innovation, and real-world impact, with a deep understanding of blockchain technologies and Web 3.0 concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full product development lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap creation to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to define product vision and development priorities.
- Conduct in-depth market research to guide product strategy and competitive positioning.
- Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with company goals and cross-functional objectives.
- Draft clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Integrate stakeholder feedback throughout the product lifecycle to enhance UX and product-market fit.
- Track and analyze product KPIs to drive continuous improvement using data-informed insights.
- Stay current on blockchain/Web 3.0 trends and identify innovation opportunities.
- Oversee the integration of blockchain technologies into user-facing products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years of product management experience in software, blockchain, or Web 3.0 sectors.
- Proven success in 0-to-1 product launches with lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of blockchain tech, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
- Excellent decision-making and analytical skills for data-driven product strategy.
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, startup-style environment.
- Proficiency in Chinese preferred to support collaboration with Chinese-speaking team members.
