Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps Principal Architect/CEM to lead and architect our DevOps initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and implementing DevOps solutions and strong leadership skills to drive transformational change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of DevOps strategies and solutions to support our client digital transformation goals.
- Architect and oversee the development of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitHub Repo Management.
- Design and manage Containerized (Docker, Podman) and Kubernetes-based container orchestration platforms using Rancher-K8s.
- Experience with Containerization, Network configuration Helm for Kubernetes package management, Harnes workflow configurations and auto scaling and cluster performance management.
- Implement and configure Harness for continuous delivery and automation.
- Ensure DevOps environments' security and integrity using tools like ForgeRock, Okta, CyberArk, Vault, and Venafi.
- Design and implement monitoring solutions using Splunk, SignalFX, LogicMonitor, Satellite, and Sailpoint.
- Provide expertise in AWS cloud services.
- Implement code quality and security scans using SonarQube, Veracode, Black Duck, and Qualys.
- Experience with data streaming and messaging technologies like Flink, IBM-MQ, Kafka and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for DevOps processes and tooling.
- 15+ years of experience in DevOps roles, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub, Rancher-K8s, and other DevOps tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Experience with security tools and identity management solutions.
- General understanding of data streaming and messaging technologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.
