Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps Principal Architect/CEM to lead and architect our DevOps initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and implementing DevOps solutions and strong leadership skills to drive transformational change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of DevOps strategies and solutions to support our client digital transformation goals.
  • Architect and oversee the development of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitHub Repo Management.
  • Design and manage Containerized (Docker, Podman) and Kubernetes-based container orchestration platforms using Rancher-K8s.
  • Experience with Containerization, Network configuration Helm for Kubernetes package management, Harnes workflow configurations and auto scaling and cluster performance management.
  • Implement and configure Harness for continuous delivery and automation.
  • Ensure DevOps environments' security and integrity using tools like ForgeRock, Okta, CyberArk, Vault, and Venafi.
  • Design and implement monitoring solutions using Splunk, SignalFX, LogicMonitor, Satellite, and Sailpoint.
  • Provide expertise in AWS cloud services.
  • Implement code quality and security scans using SonarQube, Veracode, Black Duck, and Qualys.
  • Experience with data streaming and messaging technologies like Flink, IBM-MQ, Kafka and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for DevOps processes and tooling.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in DevOps roles, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
  • Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub, Rancher-K8s, and other DevOps tools.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
  • Experience with security tools and identity management solutions.
  • General understanding of data streaming and messaging technologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.
