Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (3 days Onsite)
Type: 10+ months Contract (possible extension or conversion)
Payrate: $30/hr. on W2

Compensation: The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more. Additionally, IntelliPro provides a comprehensive benefits package, all subject to eligibility.

Role Overview:
As part of the Customer Service Team, you will deliver front-line support to global healthcare customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and promote scalable support solutions that align with company objectives while fostering strong customer advocacy.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries related to purchase orders, product complaints, returns, and exchanges.
- Provide professional email support, ensuring customer satisfaction and strong service standards.
- Accurately process sales orders and requests in ERP (SAP/Neptune) and CRM (Salesforce).
- Log and track service requests and complaints, escalating to Regulatory when necessary.
- Verify purchase order terms and ensure compliance during processing.
- Maintain and update accurate customer data in SAP/CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and support continuous process improvement.
- Build product, policy, and process knowledge to provide effective solutions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Fluent in English (Spanish or French is a plus).
- Detail-oriented with strong time management.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP (SAP preferred) and CRM (Salesforce).
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience, or at least 2 years post-graduate studies.
- Associate degree in business administration or related field.
- Experience in the life sciences industry.
- Prior order management experience in SAP or Salesforce.
- Ability to generate reports, pivot tables, and charts in SAP/SFDC.
- Understanding of customer success programs and related metrics.
