Job Summary

The Service Coordinator – Laboratory Operations will be responsible for scheduling and planning laboratory maintenance activities, including facility and equipment oversight. This role will manage operations across multiple laboratory spaces, ensuring seamless functionality and compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planned and scheduled laboratory maintenance, including facility and equipment servicing.
  • Oversee operations and maintenance across three laboratory spaces.
  • Utilize and manage CMMS systems for tracking maintenance activities and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective maintenance execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols within the laboratory environment.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–5 years of experience in laboratory operations, facilities management, or related fields.
  • Experience with CMMS systems is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in laboratory, pharmaceutical, or facilities environments is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
