Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Manager with expertise in the semiconductor industry, particularly in System-on-Chip (SoC) products. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of SoC products from conception through release, ensuring that products meet market needs and company goals.

                      The Candidate must be proficient in Chinese.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients to promote SoC solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with TPMs to align technical project delivery with customer expectations and timelines.
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by tracking activities on accounts and maintaining company CRM data.
  • Structure, negotiate, and close contracts for IP and Design Services business.
  • Provide insights into product development based on client feedback and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Economy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, specifically with System-on-Chip technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast and achieve revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end chip SoC development methods (preferred).
  • Experience managing hardware development teams or projects (strong plus).
  • Experience with consumer, industrial, or automotive programs (strong plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Leadership and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and possess a big-picture vision.
  • Attention to detail.
