Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Position Type: 6 Month Contract (Possible extension)
Location: Richmond VA 23219 (Hybrid alternate weeks, 1 week onsite & 1 week remote)

Job description:
  • Collect, compile, and analyze information and data to support decision-making and reporting.
  • Operate computerized and standard office equipment efficiently.
  • Utilize word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software to produce high-quality documents and presentations.
  • Understand and apply company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in work processes.
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks, leveraging attention to detail to support smooth operations.
  • Navigate and apply knowledge of SAP to facilitate various business functions.
  • Manage and coordinate the routing, coding, and processing of IT invoices, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
