- Analyze and forecast sales trends, ensuring profitability and business scalability.
- Lead weekly meetings with internal teams (sales, merchandising, logistics) to strategize and address challenges.
- Participate in new product meetings, evaluate sales potential, and provide sales forecasts for reseller business.
- 10+ years of experience in the toy industry with a strong track record in reseller business development.
- Established connections with key accounts and proven success in building reseller partnerships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and forecasting skills.
- Experience managing international projects and working across different time zones.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
