MS Dynamics 365 Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking an MS Dynamics 365 Specialist to support the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of scalable integrations within our Finance ERP ecosystem.
This role is well-suited for a professional with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, particularly in system configuration, data governance, and compliance controls. The position partners cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and Enterprise IT teams to enable reliable data flows across enterprise systems (including Workday Finance and related platforms) to support reporting, insights, and compliance processes.
Experience with Azure-based tools and integration services (e.g., DevOps, Logic Apps) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Support implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations)
Design and maintain data governance processes, including data quality, access management, and audit tracking
Support implementation of internal controls aligned with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Compliance, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
Assist in system integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday Finance, reporting and analytics tools)
Document system architecture, data flows, governance standards, and testing procedures
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), production deployment, and post-go-live support
Provide ongoing production support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations)
Experience supporting data governance, auditability, and compliance controls within ERP systems
Working knowledge of finance processes (e.g., GL, AP, AR, reporting, internal controls)
Experience collaborating in regulated or compliance-focused environments
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to collaborate across teams and time zones
Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
